ARCPOS Retail Management System (ARMS)
ARMS is the foundation of ARCPOS's retail management solutions. Designed specifically for retailers, easy-to-use and require little hardware investment, ARCPOS’s complete integrated retail management systems with point of sale, inventory control, customer database, supplier database, employee management, general reports and back office automation modules.
ARMS supports both touch screen and keyboard functions. ARMS is designed for use by a single store up to a large chain of stores. With its simple-to-use Cash Register module, any new cashier will be able to operate the cash register in just an hour of training.
Modules
Base Module
The module is the base of the system and is required.
Cash Register Module
This module is used for standard Point-of-Sale functions.
Multi-Store Module
This module is used to manage multiple outlets with stock balance, price, etc.
Purchasing Module
This module is used to manage purchasing functions.
Order Entry Module
This module is used to manage sales functions.
Membership Module
This module is used to manage POS membership functions
Voucher Module
This module is used to manage POS Voucher functions.
Communications Module
This module is used to manage data synchronisation of ARMS systems in different physical locations depending on various possible system configuration.
Interface to Malls' System
ARMS also supports major landlord's interface requirements of at least 18 Malls like:
